Poi la scelta. Possibilità di personalizzazione non solo cromatica. Geometria come desiderio, ruote miche full carbonio, gruppo Shimano Ultegra di2.
Purtroppo la mia forma fisica attuale non mi permette di testarla al massimo ma la sensazione è ottima. Grande guidabilità in discesa, scorrevolezza in piano e reattività eccezionale allo scatto. Pienamente soddisfatto.
Ora basta allenarsi e pedalare.
I was worried about changing my bike, but the time has come to make the move to better quality, I found my Giant "Advanced full carbon"to be fine, I have tried so many commercial and mainstream brands, all felt the same, none of them inspired or satisfied me with standard geometry or in their aesthetics, I was not sure if others are really made in Italy. Then I discovered Epoca, fully custom made, not just the colour, but also geometry. Also build, for my choice of wheels I opted for Miche SWR RC, Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset.
Unfortunately I am not in great form to push to the limit but the sensation is optimum, precise handling and stirring downhill, rolls very fast on the flat yet very agile, excellent reactivity. totally satisfied, now I just need to train harder.
